Silvana & Jason Busch: Owner
I was born and raised in Brazil. I worked for Club Med Resort for 9 years teaching and performing dance, trapeze, and aerobics while traveling around the world. I moved to Boulder in 2000 where I met many wonderful people which I’m proud to call friends, who inspire me. Another inspiration I found in Boulder was yoga. As I started practicing more yoga and meditation I notice a change in my lifestyle, allowing my heart to lead the way. And in this beautiful journey I met the love of my life (Jason), I said “Yes” and I start calling Boulder” Home.”
As a massage therapist and a personal trainer I really see the benefit of yoga on Everyone’s and Anyone’s life style. I really wanted to put together a place where the community can come, learn and practice yoga with no intimidation. So when the opportunity to open my own studio came along I jumped! The result is Vida Studio. ( vida means life in Portuguese)
Thank you for all of your support and see you at the next class.

Nicole: Vanda Scaravelli The Song of the Mind and the Body
Nicole embarked on her journey with this unique approach to yoga in 1996 when she came across the teachings of Vanda Scaravelli through Alexander Dray and Vanda’s book “Awakening the Spine”.
For the first time, Nicole felt a new freedom in her body, her spine opened and lengthened and her body responded with a wholeness never before experienced. In this practice the body is nor pushed or forced. The intelligence and wisdom of the body is given the opportunity to express itself spontaneously through careful attention. This discovery made through the playful non-linear interaction between the ground, the breath, and gravity.
Nicole’s teaching has a uniquely gentle approach and her students are given careful, regular one on one attention. “I want people to walk our feeling as though they have touched something inside that they have never met before”. Nicole says.
She has been teaching yoga since 2001 in London, at Yoga centers, public spaces, and privately. She now teaches in Boulder, Colorado where she has moved with her family.
Karen Cobble

Karen has been practicing yoga for over twenty five years, and received her teacher training through Core Power Yoga in Boulder.
She moved here 9 years ago, trading the east coast ocean for the mountains.
She has experienced many different styles of yoga including Hatha,
Ashtanga, Iyengar Phoenix Rising and Anusara. “ Yoga has always been my mind, body, spirit connection. I am made whole through yoga. I love the challenge of taking yoga off the mat to my life outside of the studio.”
When not in the studio, Karen loves being the mother of her boy/girl twins, creative gourmet cooking, hiking in the beautiful surroundings of Boulder, playing with her cat, and settling down with a good book.
Myka Dunkle discovered yoga in 2000. Three years later, she met her Teacher, Sofia Diaz. Sofia taught Myka everything she knows about the sacred art of yoga. Myka is drawn to sharing the wisdom revealed by her Teacher, (and her Teacher's Teacher, and her Teacher's Teacher's teacher...).
