Silvana Busch, (owner) Certified Yoga teacher , Massage therapist, Personal Training.
I was born and raised in Brazil. Left Brazil in 1995 to travel around the world working for Club Med resort, great times!! Come to Boulder in 2000 for a quick trip and never left. What can I say, Boulder is a awesome place! Here in Boulder I took my first yoga class, coming from a world of only fitness I found myself constantly in pain; shoulders, back, hips, hamstrings.... Yoga has helped me heal those injuries and thought me how to exercise correctly. I believe in the power that the body has to heal itself. With proper fitness, yoga, and healthy eating habits you can transform your self.

Christopher McCooey is a Certified Yoga Instructor through the University of Hyderabad (India) in the Ashtanga Tradition of Patanjali and the Hatha-yoga practice born from it.
Born and raised in Buffalo, NY, Chris was introduced to Hinduism in High School and the Yoga and Advaita Vedanta philosophies struck Chris immediately. After taking an introductory series of classes at a local studio, he began to incorporate the poses into his routine stretching and exercises. As a young, male athlete, stretching was never something that was emphasized in his life, but the new practice opened up his body's range of motion and his practical strength. As a wrestler, the practice became indispensible to his ability to avoid injury and recover from those he had already acquired.
Chris' interest in Yoga and Yoga philosophy never waned and he spent every spare elective exploring Hinduism, Buddhism, and the various other aspects of Indic and Asian religions and philosophies while studying at Elizabethtown College. In the Fall of 2009, Chris went on a study abroad trip to Hyderabad, India where he studied at the University of Hyderabad and took the Three-Month Certification Course. He placed in First Division in Theory and First Division with Distinction in Practicals. Upon returning to The U.S., he began to share his knowledge with friends, classmates, and teammates to help them in their own endeavors for strength, flexibility, and tranquility.
Having graduated with a BA in Religious Studies, with concentrations in both Pre-ministry and Asian Religions, Chris is now studying for his MA in Contemplative Religious Studies with Sanskrit at Naropa University in Boulder, CO, where he currently resides and teaches Yoga. He has great love for the Yoga Tradition, a passion eclipsed only by his joy of sharing it with others!
